Hello is it normal to hear a noise inside the car a little bit in front of the trany while running and idling..and also the noise is like somthing is rotating roughly not a squiking noise though...and the noise lowers down when the clutch is pressed and the shifter is in gears.

part of your clutch release system. looks like the cardboard core from a roll of electrical tape. you have to remove tranny, undo pressure plate bolts, remove clutch and pull the sucker out then tap in a new one.

I'd do the clutch while you in there might as well. if you do it, cost of clutch.

if some shop does it, well your looking at about 4-5 hours labor if not more depending on where you go and they usually charge about $50 an hour.

$50 an hour is pretty cheap too.

just buy a new clutch and have them instal it, but dont tell them 2 problems or you might get a couple extra charges that shouldnt be
