eBay Downpipe

Does anyone have any feedback on this downpipe? It seems unusually cheap. It says stainless and it says 3". Is there something I'm missing??

A search for Downpipe, Ebay, Ebay Downpipe, DP or any number of other things would have returned the above thread as well as a few others.

It's really nice if you search first. Every thread that gets created without need makes it that much harder for people to find what they are looking for next time.
