Driver side quarter glass leaking

Well I was getting my jack out from the side compartment in the hatch. ya know the one on the driver side, and I pulled it out and it was soaking wet. So I felt around in there and there was about 3 inchs of water in there. I got a shamy and sucked it out and dried it out. Today I checked and its flooded again. Thanks to rainy season if this keeps up I will have a Supra Rust bucket. I found out that its leaking from the quarter glass. Does anyone have any tips on how to seal it, also what should I use as sealer? Thanks!

Are you sure it's leaking from the quarter glass? The hatch or tail light gaskets could be leaking causing it to puddle in that area.

nope its not from the hatch or taillights because I can see water running from the quater glass inside the compartment. its comeing down it has a water stain that comes from within. I also put my hand in there and I felt moisture towards the top running down.

3M window weld is what i've used to install a windshield before. It's just RTV polyurethane pretty much. Only auto store I could find it at was Advanced but you might be able to find it somewhere else. I think a tube was $13 and you'll need a caulk gun.

It might be a good idea to just remove the trim and take the window out and completely reseal it.

Stuff is also good for making cheap poly. motor mounts in a Honda, lol.
