I making a new intake for the Q45 TB, and also I will change the IC piping to 3.5".

Also I change the turbo.

You typically want you smallest diameter piping to be .5" smaller than the ID of the throttle body, as they do not flow the same as a piece to tubing due to the throttle plate. This of course, doesn't necessarily apply to BB turbos as they have proven they like to go against logic as far as flowing air ;).

I want to have a DD car of 500Hps at the wheels!, so what size of IC do do you think that will be the best for my goal?

I have stock ecu with Lex MAF and rc 550cc inyectors + Spexi SAFC II.

2.5in from turbo to intercooler, 3in from intercooler to TB (with a 3in-3.5in reducer for my Q45 TB) is what I'm running. this should be good for your needs.
