Deegreing 7M camshafts

I would just like to know the opening & closing values of the valves @50 thou lift for my current cams.
Already determined that my crank TDC mark is not accurate.
Have a adjustable cam gear on the intake so can vary the timing there to determine the best position for maximum bhp.
Could get it put on a dyno & play with different settings but thats expensive.
Much cheaper (free) & easier for me to do the adjustments & time a few 0-100 runs & average them out.
