The long and awaited TX meet. Well I have been talking to a majority of the tx guys and I think its time for a meet!!
It will be me, Moonnpie33 aka Clinton, Krengen aka Derik and Robidunno aka Robbie who will be hosting this meet!
Now this meet will be on the 19 of DEC and we will meet in Castroville, TX,
WE WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE A FEW MK3 GUYS they wanted to join in on the fun to.

if you get on HW90 it will take you into castroville from there drive down by the cementary and you will see the park sign and
then follow from there we will have a little pavilion and of course supras!!!
Bring parts to sell trade etc.....

LETS MAKE THIS A BIG TURNOUT!!!!!!

Im newish to the supra scene. Got an 87 Turbo pretty stock. I just put it back on the road after 6 years of sitting before i bought it . Im now in san antonio so its really close for me. Woo so Im planning to come for sure!

It's a definate possibility for me. It's about a 4hr. drive so thats not too bad. I'm just getting started with my supra so I haven't done anything imaculate to it yet, but she's my baby so there are for sure future plans.

from krendgenlease read. Just got off the phone with Moonpie (Clinton), and here is a rough draft of how the weekend iteniary is shaping up. Please offer input/ideas!!!

Friday: Someone should be holding spaces at Buzbys (I-35 and Topperwine) by 6pm. Those staying at the Best Western can caravan from the hotel on Jones Maltzberger (where 281 & 410 intersect) at 7ish, or just show up at Buzbys.


Saturday:
10:45 Leave the hotel and arrive at the park in Castroville by 11:15. BBQ and show and shine till 2ish.
3:00 Cruise to lake Medina & if we can find adequit space we may move the show and shine to the lake........input please.
5:00 For those who are still in a driving mood, and looking for more photo ops.... head to the Trinity University Stadium parking lot, for a photo shoot overlooking the San Antonio skyline. It is kind of a parking lot in the sky.
7:00??? Dinner somewhere. Maybe the Quarry Market for more photos with antique machinery and giant smoke stacks.

I have confirmed with my boss Ralph a rate of 59.99 for the meet. To get this rate, you must identify yourself as part of this group, or you will likely be quoted 89.99 if not more. Everyone at the front desk should be aware of us by this time tomorrow. You can drop my name (Derek), or just say you are part of the Supra group. I am not requesting that anyone make their reservations right this second, but it would be helpfull to have a count of those who are fairly certain they will be staying here. Hotel info: Best Western Casa Linda (210) 366-1800. Address: 8818 Jones Maltzberger, SA Tx 78216. There are a limited number of rooms with a fridge and microwave; first come first serve. There is a pool, and treadmills, as well as free wifi, and a pretty decent hot breakfast, with self cook waffles, eggs, yogurt, juice machine, and sausage, or bacon (I can influence this), etc.... Feel free to PM me to let me know if you might need a room, or for more info.
PS: There will not be an additional charge for additional guests in the room.
