Are there any distinguishing marks on the cams, to tell whether they are stock or aftermarket, turbo or n/a? The head on my car is damn near brand, dont see any marks that the cam caps even being fully seated, and the coating on the cam lobes themselves is barely worn off. I noticed there are markings on the front of the head between cams that says "Iz-70" or "1z-70" below that there is a 10, they do not look like factory markings, can anyone explain this?
