It's for fuel injection, but the same people(extrudabody) make custom manifold and side draft cab. kits based on your specs. Personally, I'd want the e.f.i. if I could get away with it, as it's tuneability is leaps and bounds over carbs.
If that doesn't suit your needs, you might try contacting Power Trip Performance. He could probably build what you need, or point you in the right direction.
