Ct26 wastegate cracks

is there anything i can do about these?

i just got this turbo .57 trim, for $450 + shipping and there are cracks.:icon_evil

i am really pissed off. one of the cracks is all the way through the wastegate port and another is about half-way through the port.

its a very common problem, but most people hardly notice any issues. I would install it and see how it goes. If it doesnt work right then try and get your money back

Yes, replace the housing. I suppose you could try welding & then grinding it, but getting the flapper to seal would be pretty tricky.

Your experience is exactly why I [& many others] don't use a CT-26 to make power.
