i keep getting a code 21. tried three different sensors the finally a new one reset codes and bam 21. i have a straight three inch from elboe back no cats, will running a setup with no cats permanently cause the o2 code to keep poping up.

No, I have no cats in my system and my O2 sensor has been fine. I'd say check your wiring...make sure it's not shorting anywhere etc.
