So i am swapping from an Auto to a w58 non turbo 5speed.

I am having some trouble Deciding on a Clutch.

Also any suggestions other than horsepowerfreaks.com to order from?

Running a stock 8psi 7mge turbo.

That depends on your power goals.

A stock clutch will hold you just fine where you're at; but, if you plan on increasing power you'll want something a little more stout. Consider getting a clutch to accommodate your 'Near Future' goals. Otherwise, get a stocker and save your money! :)

There are clutches EVERYWHERE! The vendor section would be a good place to start. ;)

awesome. ill check out the vendor section. The swap isn't coming with a clutch. I've read that a stock non turbo clutch won't hold very long. Looking for something that could hold 400ish for future mods.

Oh, that's right! You're a 7MGE! Sorry. Yeah, you'll need something more than stock then.

If you're shooting for 400 whp, that should be around ~390 tq. Clutches are rated in tq so look for one that will hold that kind of power and you should be good.

Good luck with the build! :)
