hey fellas

I started up my car yesterday, it was like 29 degrees, snowy weather, My clutch was fine, went to work, parked up for about 6 hours. When i got in my car to go home, my pedal was on the floor, pumped it up got some pressure and drove home. Car shifted fine clutch was about 1/2 way down when it engaged. Today i go to start my car, and it engages about an inch before I hit the floor, not enough to even get into 1st gear, let alone reverse. Any ideas on what can be going on?

Check to see if your master cylinder is leaking? My first supra did this. I just bought a new master and slave cylinder. Also you might want to check your pedal freeplay. My guess is a bad master cylinder.
