Can i use knock sensors and tps from any other toyota cars

I was wondering if i could use a tps or a knock sensor from any other toyota cars are they even interchangable???
THe reason why I am asking its because I recently had the tps and knocksensor codes and there is no supra parts where i live. I first thought it was the AFM but i test it on my sc300 and it ran perfect.. so plz guys can anyone help me figure this out

knock sensors yes... TPS idk, maybe someone else will chime in.
