Can i use Apexi V-AFC Vafc 1 w/550 injectors

I was wondering you guys if i could use an Apexi V-AFC Vafc 1 ,w/550 injetors and lexus afm.The only reason iam asking this its because someone has it for sale really cheap,so is it ok if i buy it for my supra.
