Can anyone identify wiring in JB 3?

:1zhelp: I'm trying to figure out how to wire Junction Box #3, the little blue one screwed to the back side of the dash just above the left kick panel.

You can see there are three plugs that go to it, wires in and wires out. I'm wondering what all these plugs control and if anyone knows where I can get a layout of each terminal. One end of the wiring on this thing goes to the cigarette lighter. The other end is the blue plug that goes to Junction Box #1. I imagine, if I can decipher the wiring to the blue plug I'd be set.

As fun as this has been, I've almost got it figured out. I'll post my schematic in case anyone cares later. For now, I'm wondering if anyone can pop-off their driver's side kick panel and use a test light with the car on and tell me which wires on the blue plug just next to the fuse box have +12vdc. It's really the GREEN wire that I'm most confused about. Perhaps someone knows if the green wires are +12 ACC or something?
