I think this goes in the SoCal section.

Looking at the page they just look like any other salvage yard. Where they just give you a piece with a warranty and no guarantee it works, so if its defective you bring it back and trade it for another.

I buy turbos from shops like that, burn the turbo up in a month and take it back for a new one...For free!

I won my motor in an ebay auction from CNS Motors. I got a great motor that just had many new parts installed, things like all new coolant tubing, and a new MHG. I was lucky and hope you are too. I got my motor for 500.00 and had it installed complete for 630.00. So far I have put 3k miles on it and no problems as of yet.
