bypass/depth filtration kits

I have been reading up alot on these and properties of oil and filters. I was wondering if there are kits available or if someone has made a bypass/depth filtration kit for there car and has part numbers to share. Also for the oil coolers, what are the parts I would require in order to make it thermostatically controlled and more effiecient (paging sheaff)

I have an 87 turbo 7M
