Buying New Wheels...will they fit?

Hey I'm buying some new wheels, don't worry they're sick as fuck but the website says they won't fit my car but my buddy says that could just mean I need spacers. They are the right lug pattern 5x4.5 but it says they wont fit. I'm looking at the Gun metal 17x9 35 offset.
Tell me that this website is trippin cause I want to buy these 2day.

they straight trippin.
they'll probably sit a bit in the wheelwells, but not too far. I'd still check with a wheel calculator.
