On the brake pedal lever there is a plastic about 5mm thick clip on washer if you will that the brake light switch touches to turn them on and off, Mine decided today when i was moving it to cut the grass that it would break into about 6 peices and leave my brake lights on for about 45 minutes after we noticed it. My first question is, Is there a replacement part for this? I couldnt find anything in the TSRM EPC.
I rigged up a screw so they would stay off for tonight but now everytime i press the brakes the tail light failure light comes on the only brake light not working is the 3rd brake light we tryed a new bulb and didnt get anything i tryed a new tail light failure box and still got no positive results so could being on for 45 minutes straight burn up the wires or anything? i checked all the fuses and all my other lights for back there work except that one.
