Alright so, I changed my brake pads tonight and being the first time doing it I didn't it all ass backwards... When the pads were off I got my dad to press on the brakes and I saw the piston go up I was like "aw shit". But as the piston continued going up, before my dad clued it that I had told him to stop, I saw this hole in cover of the piston. Brake fluid started comeing out. So my question for SM is what is that cover called and is it hard to replace? Or should I just take it to a shop and say look I need this replaced.

After some searching I found that it is called the piston boot and there are repair kits. The hole is neither big or leaking bad so I should be able to last until the weekend to take on this challenge
