I am gonna start cleanin up my engine and love the look of the braided lines, I know there expensive so I dont want to buy unnecesary parts due to my stupidity. so any help you guys can offer would be awesome

braided lines are used for a specific purpose. they have a much longer life and greater resistance to wear that regular rubber hoses. the only time they are actually useful is for pressure lines, or lines that are exposed to a lot of heat, ala turbo oil feed/drain. power steering would be a good use too. other that that, what i did on my old car was go to pep boys or autozone, and they sell a stainless braided sleeve kit that lets you put stainless braid over your existing hoses, and they even include the cool looking ends too. that would be the best option imho...

You could also use them for transmission lines if you really wanted too.... But just to let you know if you do go the full length and not the sleeve you better expect to put out quite a bit of money to do it

check out Driftmotion for stainless lines. Their quality is amazing and their fitment is perfect.
