body work welder

hey im looking into a small welder to patch my fenderwells on my 87
im new to this and im just trying to get something that will be strong enough to weld body panels and maybe some exhaust components
im not going to be welding aluminum or anything like that
its just for some basic body work and exhaust work

i saw this one and im hoping it will be all i need

do yourself a favor and avoid that pos, mine lasted about a month before burning up. look into clark or lincoln i have both and prefer the lincoln as the wire is electrically dead until you pull the trigger
a sp135 or a weldpack 100 would work great for what you are wanting to do, either one is also mig convertable if you wish. you are looking at around 300 for the lincoln
the clark flux core machines are based on the lincoln but do not have a dead wire it is live all the time(kinda a pain to use a non auto helmet) you are looking at around 200 for the clark.
