So on my way home today just after a rain my windows started to fog up. At the moment I didnt think much of it and kept driving. After about a mile or so My windshield and side windows were REALLY fogged up so I pulled off the highway to see what was goin on. I tried to wipe off the fog but it was extremely difficult to get off. So while I was saying WTF to myself a light smoke started coming from my vents with the sweet smell of coolant. :aigo: right away i figured out my heatercore was gone. So in a hurry I took off home. which was about 5 more miles. While I was driving the smoke got thicker and thicker untill it was pouring out my windows  like it was coming out of everywhere. I got it home thankfully with a nice puddle of coolant on the passenger side floor. :3d_frown: This is the wierdest heatcore failure Ive had so far, too bad it had to be my supra :3d_frown:
So my question is.. how difficult is it to pull the dash on my 87 turbo? Or can I access the heater box without take apart the dash?

when i did mine i pulled the dash i dont think there is any other way unless you can slide it out but that would be rather hard. its not really difficult to get the dash out its just a matter of finding all the nuts and bolts to take off to get to it.
