blower motor actin weired

hey guys my blower motor when i have it on medium it will speed up and go back to normal buy itself. it has been doin this for a while. just periodicly. also my low dosent work at all. could it just be the blower motor resistor or the electrical in the heater controls

Pull the resistor out of the side of the blower motor housing.
Chances are that 1 or 2 of the coils have a break/corrosion in them.
Replace it.
