EDIT: Yesterday my bellhousing cracked and I think my flywheel came off...... Has this happened to anyone.

Does anyone have a 7m/r154 bellhousing

Might want to consider replacing the trans, clutch, flywheel, the whole shabang. I'm pretty certain if the bh cracked and the fw came off there's probably a whole bunch of damage you won't see untill you pull the trans.

Ummm the clutch, PP, and flywheel i could see having some damage but not the tranny its self, but we will see

wouldnt that all depend on how fast you were going? If you think the flywheel came off, wouldnt it have enough play to cause some sort of damage.

I was going maybe 15mph. I wont know how much damage was done until i take her apart....The tranny spindle sits inside the disk, PP, and a bit on the pilot bearing soooo I can for-see the disk being broken, the spines on the PP being broken, and maybe a ding in the flywheel. But the flywheel is a pretty well built piece of steel and the bellhousin is soft aluminum so maybe its not too bad

I would be very surprised if the damage was limited to those components. Maybe you'll get lucky, I'd probably want to look at the input shaft (the one that slides into your clutch and pressure plate) it might be damaged and or the bearing at the back of it.
