Has anybody ever encounterd a bad fuel pressure regulator? My car will start up then die within a few seconds, then it will turn over for about 10 seconds and fire right up. I pulled the plugs and they are pretty much black, it will also sound choppy, or misfiring sometimes. I looked up symtoms of the regulator going bad, but it seems that its rare for one to go bad..?
