I have a walbro 255 fuel pump and aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with ss lines and fpd eliminator kit but im not getting more than 25psi in the rail with the car running at idle, is it time for a second pump

no need for a second pump check to see if the FPR is working properly if it is I would suspect the pump the FPR acts as a controled leak back into the tank which controls pressure in the fuel rail
If both those tests come back good try the 12v mod maybe the pump is not getting the voltage required.

the regulator is working, it holds pressure as it should after the car is off, if the pump is on i can turn the pressure up as much as i want, when i open the throttle the psi drops down to 15psi and then it will go up to 30psi or so and build with boost
