Backfiring at low RPM

I just fixed a blown O-ring on a fuel injector yesterday, and after lots of complications, I finally got it running good. This morning, I noticed it idled at about 500 RPMs and sounded like it was missing. The odd thing is that the misfiring only happens from 500-1300 RPMs. The top end power seems to be exactly the same. Whats the most likely problem?

Thats wierd....I know its either fuel or spark, but its a JDM engine with 40k miles and the plugs and wires are pretty new. The wierdest thing is that it ran great all night but started having problems the next morning. What could cause the overnight change?

same think happened to me too. i knew my plugs were still good so today i got some NGK plug wires and that solved the problemo. it also gave me a better kick then before.
