Another Alarm Thread!!

everytime EVERytime i unlock my driver the alarm goes off okay No problem ill jsuut unlock the pass door works fine!! i want this problem Solved without disableing the alarm system

I took the door panel off and i notice a green wire hanging around the back of the lock cylinder [which is held in place by one 1 10mm bolt]
there are 3 different types of wires there all green with a different stripe color. You can unclip the whole thing off from behind the lock cylinder

is this wire the reason why the alarm goes off when i unlock the door???

hopefully i can go to the junkyard and find another cuz i can't splice the wire back in

Wow, yeah that would do it. The car thinks someone is unlocking the door without the key since it's not receiving the signal from that wire. Go to a junk yard, get a replacement and clean the contacts before reassembly.

im just gonna get the whole thing cuz the contacts are all broken and correred splice that wire is impossible lol ill post some pics when i get to the junyard

SO i solve the alarm problem i hope this helps everyone! i went to the junkyard and look took of the harness that comes off the lock cylinder it's only 2 connecters 2 clips to remove off the lock The Cost $3.00

This is what the broken ";Lock cylinder sensor" looks likes. If any one of thoses wires is Corroded it;s better off in the trash!! Theres a "center circle piece" that spins when you lock-unlock the door. I took off that center piece with needle noise plyiers, to see if i can fix the wire issue but no dice!!

The tie strap that keeps the wires in place was missing so was the "center circle piece"

OF course the door panel is coming off if u look into that hole u can see the senor prfectly! its like a faded yellow jus move ur hand around the door to unclip

this is the connector from the junkyard with the 3 wires intact and tiestrap in place Then the center circle piece is also present once i put this bad boy on the car i can finally open my door from the driver side
