Hey guys,
When I bought my car it had an HKS atmospheric BOV. It would often die when going from a high rpm to idle in neutral. After posting on here, I was told to switch to the stock BOV and I wouldn't have this problem. I did that and haven't had any related issues. However, this weekend at the oregon trail rally a friend said he had the same problem in his st185 Celica (3sgte). He said he put in a check valve and it fixed the problem. I never got a chance to see it on his car. I looked it up and understand it restricts substance to flowing/moving in only one direction. But where does it go and more importantly, will it work?
