Hey guys, well my Accord needs a new rear motor mount and I can't get the bitch out of my car!!! I've tried the Honda forums(boo:3d_frown: ) and they weren't much help.

I have removed all bolts necessary to free the bracket and the mount but they dont have room to get out!?!?!?! Aside from taking apart the entire rear half of my engine bay, I dont see a solution. What am I missing?!?!?!

I'm hoping for anyone here that may have dealt with this before on an Accord. I know a few of you have/had one of these for a daily. Mine's a 91 EX manual, but the process should be the same for any 4th gen.

I would like to have it done by tomorrow, but it may have to stay on ramps for a few more days... :(

Thanks and Happy Fathers DAY!!!!!

i have done the rear mount on my 91 ex wagon auto (f22a6 swap) and i got it out from drivers side around the intake and mine has the thick ass sports mode intake so it can be done without pulling intake. Wow so im not the only member of cb7 tuner on SM cool!!

nopes, f22a6x. haven't logged on since last year I think. I kinda got in a fender bender and haven't logged in since. still have my cb7 and its running strong for its age. anyways on subject, hope the forums help you out suprarx7nut.. they saved my ass a few times while I was learning the car.

Wow, I thought no one was going to respond, lol.

I just found cb7tuner today and am still looking through all the DIY's. I finally gave up on the mount yesterday and made an appointment... and then I messed up the clutch line and now it won't move. haha.

Anywho... thanks a lot and I tried searching through honda-tech with no luck, but I'm trying cb7 now and its looking a little more promising.

I just love how this community is more helpful for getting honda help than half the honda sites.

You guys rock!

you need to take the front mount of to so you can get a pry bar and tip the engine so you can sqeese the rear out..atleast thats how i did it on my 93 accord manual.
