A little booboo

im shipping up a 87 supra targa turbo from northern cali to norther oregon for 200 dollars from a friend. the beautiful car does not run. My friend tried to jump start it but put the jumper cables on backwards and the car no longer starts. Can you guys tell me what i should expect in terms of fixing the car?

What parts could have been fried.

could the ECU be bad? I know he said something about the Fusable links being toast after his booboo

and can anyone tell me where I can get a oil pan and a rebuild kit for the turbo for the 7MGTE?

probaly just a couple of main fusable links. ecu should be fine,

sounds like you need a new friend....j/k, but i believe pimptrizkit is correct thats why there are fuses.

Most of the time, the 100 amp ALT fuse goes out first ( its the fuse in the fusebox near the driver shock tower. Supras also have a few circuit breakers and they can trip as well, and using a paper clip or toothpick, u can insert it in the hole and it will reset.
