A couple strange problems

Ok, My car doesn't idle high when i start it up, kind of strange.... right when i start it up it goes to 650-700 or whatever idle for the 7mge is... That's weird... Also my steering is hard at idle... And i have a new power steering pump and i have the hose from the power steering pump to my Intake pipe hooked up... I don't get it..... But the steering is easy to turn when i'm going down the road.

What does the car sound like when you start it up? does it struggle? It could be the cold start injector. Mine came loose for some odd reason and so did my TPS, all I did was plug them in and BAM she was running like new again.

the car rolling makes the steering alot easier to turn.

Codes? Hot or cold start? If cold it's an ISC problem, either directly or related to the coolant temp sensor.

it starts the same cold or hot, I tested the resistance of my ISC and it read OK, but i've heard the way u can make sure it's working is turn the car on, Then off and u should hear clicking... Mine doesn't do it, But it used to...
