A/C delete?

Im planning on running no ac in my supra. who here has done this? Im guessing ill need some kind of pulley in place of it or can i just get a shorter belt? any ideas or suggestions?

the a/c system has its own belt. it isn't very hard, just remove everything.

its to hot down here to not have ac, makes it horrible to drive in the day time....
