I'm trying to get my A/C set up after my 1JZ swap and everything seems to be fine except for the compressor magnetic clutch. I connected everything up as in this guide: http://supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=219596&page=1. The A/C relay line does switch to 12v as its supposed to.
I tried it out and blew the A/C fuse. When I threw my multimeter on the lines to the magnetic clutch they read 0 ohms. I checked my 7M TSRM and the same diagnostic procedure for that says it should read 3 ohms.
Questions:
1) Am I doing this diagnostic procedure wrong?
2) If not, is it supposed to read this value?
3) If it is shorted, what kind of thing can cause this prior to me tearing everything out to get to it?
