7MGTE head same as JDM 7MGTE head?

Any difference in the 7MGTE head and the JDM 7MGTE head?

Valves, porting, anything?

Will a JDM head be a direct bolt-on and perform the same?

Same, it just has a block-off plate where the EGR cooler goes.
