hey guys i was wondering if anyone had a link or suggestion to find a 7mgte engine disassembly and reassembly manuel or the procedure. its a school project and have to do it right the teacher says

The TSRM is also a good help, just don't follow the torque spec for the head bolts.

The "right way" would be the Toyota way. Go by the TSRM link above.
Adjuster's thread is great for assembly tips, but has a lot of "non-OEM" steps in it.
