6m headgasket???

I'm working on my mk2 home built 6mge. I'm using a 7mge block with stock internals and new rings.. and a 5mge rebuilt head. What headgasket should i buy? a 7mge headgasket or a 5mge headgasket?????

My MK3 is on the back burner... needs too much $$ to get it goin.
