3psi big bost leak?

i finally fixed my boost leak and my now the car has 10psi before it only had 7 so i was just wondering if 3psi is considerd a big boost leak

A boost leak is a boost leak, why are you so worried about how many psi you were loosing? It just means that your turbo was working that much harder just to stay at 7 psi.

Well duh. Not only were you losing power from lowered boost, you were losing metered air as well.
