Ive searched and stuff but wondering if anyone is running a 3" pipe on stock na exhaust without leaks? Since the na pipes are what 2.25 wouldnt it be hard to get a seal with the 3inch pipe?

Nope. Stock cat is 3" flange. I used them to make my 3" test pipe. When my exhaust was stock, it didn't leak. Can't get a good seal on the OBX header though. Think I need to have a bigger flange put on it.
Ok cool, I asked the guy at BIC and he said it prolly wouldnt seal up fully. I want to replace my cat because its leaking and figured go test pipe rather than another cat.
He might be right for an aftermarket one. I used the flanges off the cat, and welded a piece of 3" in between so that it would still use the stock seal rings.
