i am finishing my2jz na-t at the moment, and i notice most dont use charcoal canister, dont this mess with our fuel system or evap system...i am going to relocate it to a different spot

Your charcoal canister should be attached to the tank, not the engine, the engine just gives it a vacuum to make the device work. You can use the stock one and find or T into an available vacuum source and vola CC.
