does anyone know where i can find a schematic for the ECU for a jza70 1jz-gte? or if such a thing even exists?(not talking about just the pinout)

if you're referring to the component schematic (resistors, capacitors IC etc) I doubt toyota would have released any version of it. if someone had a lot of time to spare, it may be possible to recreate it, but i highly doubt anyone would do that for free.
