Hey guys, JUST STARTED MY 1JZ VVTi! Excited, but I've been lagging big time, because I just became the new owner of a tattoo shop, and I work 7 days a week now... BUT I just welded up my custom SS intercooler pipes, and started her for the first time last week 
When I started it it Idles fine, but when you rev it, it hesitates big time and then jumps to WOT and will rev decently.
I should mention I havent tuned/calibrated antyhing yet, just dropped it, wired it, and wlded up my intercooler pipes. I'm going to check my TPS (although i havent been able to find the specs anywhere), TRAC butterfly(which i think im gonna remove unless theres a reason not too), make sure my MAF is working, and check my vacuum setup.
I'm just curious if these symptoms point anywhere, but I'm taking this weekend off to finish the motor work up and to start my exhaust-work hopefully.. It just acted hella wierd lol, and it almost sounds like its flooding when I first try to rev, and then sputters up, and jumps really fast to right below WOT, and then the whole way up.. any help is greatly appreciated, I just need to make the most of my tiem this weekend!
