1JZ Ecu Not revving engine?

So got my swap started but it seems that the computer isn't reading the TPS bought the TPS new from Driftmotion so short of a bad TPS any ideas on what it could be that's causing this?

1JZ-GTE (from a Supra) wired into an 87, Tranny came with the motor.

not revving at all or just to a certain RPM?

It's not revving at all, it doesn't look or seem like any kind of MAP sensor issue.

Having some plug issues and what not too, not sure what the flying lead off the ECU should plug into, the one coming off my harness is only two wires... where the plug on the ECU is pinned in all the holes.

did you set the TPS with a voltmeter? or just stick it on there?

also, open up your ecu and check for blown caps, all too common on a 1J
