12v relay comming off of ignition?

So this new supra Im working on...
The guy before he sold it to me went under the hood and just started hacking away at wires that he himself installed, and no longer needed.

Im trying to solve a puzzle...

Why would some one have a 12v relay comming off the main ign under the dash off the back of the turbo timer harness?

I already found his secondary fuel pump - relay under the hood. But this one is a little beyond me.

Any one?

so the relay is connected to the turbo timer, as well as the ignition harness?

Possiably for an aftermarket alarm? I don't know how alarms work with turbo imers

Yes...
It would be normally the main ignition (12 gauge wire, black with white stripe) power but he has is spliced off the back of the jumper harness for the turbo timer.
