I remember looking at the service manual to make sure I did, but I guess it's a possibility. Do you know if that plate is necessary?

Engine is running but wont shift into any gears. Tried to re-bleed slave slave cylinder. No air. Removed inspection cover and can see the disc moving away from the flywheel when pedal is depressed. Then I found the plate that goes between the engine and bellhousing laying in the corner of the...

They look very similar and I'm quite sure they function the same. If they are not the same some incite would be nice instead of laughing. If one doesn't know the answer or can't provided some useful information then don't post.

Mine was the same so I called Aaron and he said to crank it in. I was nervous, but did it. It works and doesn't leak. Only went in about a turn and a half. HTH

7M one is too small, anyone know of the correct size adapter to adapt the 7M one or a replacement that actually fits the 1J P/S pump. Thanks, NEil duntov1@verizon.net
