    The difficult part with most of the cheap ones now is the oil drain. Sometime the flange has to be grinded in order for it to fit. That and welding a tight transition on the compressor housing for the intercooler piping.

    7m is not reliable. Jz are much more reliable. Haven’t needed tools in my car since I stopped using a 7m. 7m can be properly build and reliable. But it costs too much money and there’s always that what if thought.

    no you need a vvti head to use the vvti cams. also the 2jz cams have to be machined on the journals to fit a 1jz cam. better off just using 264 cams.

    It’s not the boot that cracks it the coil itself. Around .028 is usually good.

    And what are you looking for? 2jz is sequential ignition wiring. Coils are all individual and fire indivdually of each other. If it’s during boost then pull the blue boots off me check for crack. Epoxy over the cracks and head shrink the shaft. Or replace with new.

    ok then you need to go into the coil/inj tab and set what injector pins your using. with batch there would only be 3. sequential you would need to check the boxes for the other 3 and make sure you have the injectors wired to the correct pins.

    Usually it’s wiring in the firing order. 153624. So for the v2 you need to look up the 2jz pinout and verify which wires it wants where.
