that would be the problem put valve cover in the search. i was pulling some coolant tubes off and haven't had the time to flush it and i noticed what green coolant did to aluminum.

Braided lines won't expand as much under pressure but usually it only makes a difference on brakes and clutch which are used often and sometimes harshly.
