hmm 5/8 pipe tread fitting, treaded right into mine and with a little tread tape it didnt leak at all.. so in short..get a brass 5/8s pipe tread fitting and put tread tape or locktite on it and screw it in gently. then torque down alittle and dont worry about it..:icon_bigg

how likely is it that i washed out my rod bearings and scored the rods when blowing my head gasket? i pulled the valve covers and have tons of milky sludge on my cams and head. also i have what looks like rust deposits on the lobes of my cams....
