Thanks for your input. Would it speed up the process if I removed the radiator cap, turned on the heater, and let the car run for a few minutes? Would this force the air out? If I don't get my wife some heat in that car, I will be sleeping on the couch, it was cold as crap this morning.

Thanks, I understand now. I had a co-worker tell me roughly the same thing, I probably have a trapped air bubble. He said to remove one of the heater hoses for a few seconds and let the air out that way. I will try both if necessary. Thanks a lot for your help.

No, I did not pull the thermostat. Just removed the hoses from the old radiator, popped in the new one, and attached the hoses. That was it. And I did fill it up with coolant.
